★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heaps of grocery shoppers, huge aisles and unclear signage of where things are located.
The only thing that would give 5 stars is if Pak N Sav did the soft plastic recycling drop off service. None of their stores we went to did this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I actually haven't been there for a very very long time, and it was almost 5 years ago when I actually used to shop there, as I know it was always 1 of the many best supermarkets in South Auckland, where I've done my grocery shopping and I have always been very amazed to see what it's always had to offer and as I live quite locally it's also another place where could've gone each week to do my grocery shopping and a weeks worth of essential supplies all through Covid lockdown at Alert level 4, and I used get cheaper groceries, and it know it's quite great place as I sore on news of during Covid Delta lockdown mid to late last year, it was classified as a location of interest, and I was doing my grocery shopping at Countdown in Manukau Mall, which wasn't effected so I was safe. But it was good to be back there for the first time in nearly 5 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: The Chicken nibbles pack and the potato & Gravy or even just the gravy on its own are super delicious. My kids and I love getting a meal from the hot food area. Nice and big store, always soooo packed. Good stock, good products and good staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Busy supermarket, always find what I need here. Bonus is the underground parking especially for wet weather, staff are always helpful. Try to avoid shopping in the weekends here as it gets super busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is our local store and we love doing our shopping here. Staff and security are always friendly and helpful until today. I’m exempt from wearing a mask security know that and gave me a sticker incase questioned. Get to the checkout and Krisha wants to take it upon herself to ask me 21 questions about does this sticker exempt my kids. That’s none of your business Krisha! Please stick to what you know girl and thats checkout not security.

I asked her to rinse my son’s dummy , she changed her gloves patiently rinsed it for me put another gloves on and back to work… very kind and considerate…
And at the self checkout, as my son was so unsettled the lady(forgot to ask her name) entertained my son so that I can check out my items…
Such a supportive and helpful staff…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pak and save manukau prices are really high and quality for fruit and vegetables are really bad now days and some of the stock items not available most of the times .They should have good control on quality and price as well. Sometime they put some product on the shelf that don't even deserve that price. I think the franchise management has to check their quality.
