★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice shop with a variety of products to choose from, large clean store with easy to read signage to assist you in shopping. Love it absolutely love it, plenty of check outs and self check outs and the staff know what they are doing. Excellent shop, love it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its really convenient to have this supermarket in the mall. The aisles are wide and the store is very clean. I like the bakery and the deli best because they have fresh goods every day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They market as they assure the cheapest prices. But the shopping experience there is average. Never ever taste a grape or a date if you have not paid for that. If u are new to New Zealand, bear in mind that here in NZ, it is considered as a robbery which will end u up in police custody.
They have stopped the club card as a chain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looking tired! Old style cramped shelves and the “security” guys ( young thin guy, Sunday 13 June) over the top! Sure my mask had dropped under my nose. But don’t be rude! Don’t hover over us and repeat your self! I could go 50 metres have a coffee at a cafe no mask required so don’t repeat your self 3 times I had a mask on! It felt like you loved the power! Oh well I know pack n save makes huge profits but the northlands store will it have any of our money ever again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service received from friendly, helpful and engaging staff yesterday at Pak'nSave Northlands; especially Carl from the butchery who went and found my friend the exact pork cut she was looking for.
(And it's looking like we're well on our way to having a cashless society with the Shop'nGo system that's been introduced... mind you, you can avoid the checkout queues, so that's a positive!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your security guy needs a serious training how to politely speak with customers who is two times older than him. Yes my Middle East nose is very big and it is not covered by mask as same as noses with smaller sizes. And that was definitely not a point to run to me across the shop from his normal place on the front of entrance and loudly explain me how to use the mask for two times.
