★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Favorite place to shop for groceries. Shelves are often missing products like coke no sugar or vitafresh or price tags are missing. Too few small trolleys without black hand grips. I get static electric shocks from trolleys with the black hand grips

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worse experiences in this Pak n Save Staff doesn't want to clean or cut the fish. Always they say they are busy. I Never had a similar issue from other Pak and save. Even their staff at the checkout says they go to clearance street Pak n save to buy fish. I tried to talk with the manager a few months ago for the same reason, but he was not helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Mill street Pick & Save apparently wins awards for being inexpensive. Well done! I like this branch because the products are predicatably in the same place. Comfortable!
Great staff - always! Last night there was a lass called "Siobhán" who was working at the self-checkout place. She was terrific: attentive, caring, VERY competent and efficient.
Plus, the staff are all so patient with the public: often, earlier customers take items off the shelves and later change their minds about wanting them. So, they just shove them on the nearest shelf. Result? There is some tuna fish in amongst the brooms; some toothpaste amongst the breads, and so on.
The staff then have to FIND the products and may have to bin them because they don't know how long they have been misplaced. This drives the prices up.
Please, people, if you change your mind, no probs - just hand the products in at the tills.
Anyhow, I'll definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has fewer and poorer specials this last 12 months, especially fresh fruit and veges and meat. Not cheaper than countdown these days. Trying to pass off $5.49 per kg of chicken drum sticks as a genuine special is a disgrace.
