★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visit this restaurant on a couple occasions for take away food and have always been please with the food. Today I decided to have a very late lunch there, beef broth & deep fried rolls, both of which were excellent. The staff were very helpful & had excellent knowledge of the food they were talking about, and service was good. My only criticism is the menu doesn't really explain the food fully enough for those of us who are not familiar with Vietnamese food. When I am in Hamilton again I will be sure to revisit this very good restaurant. Charles Boyle 5/5/2021

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was just in store and walked around the whole place looking for an item, after finding the item and proceeding to the checkout I was told I would not be served without a mask. I proceeded to show my government issued face mask exemption to then be told after looking at it “It doesn’t matter, no mask no service.”
Incredibly rude and no respect.

I have witnessed first hand what SO MANY people have been saying about this place. Rude staff and honestly, the other Asian stored in Hamilton are all cheaper. Good luck to you new save, you will never get my money nor anyone else's I know, again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come here weekly and never had an issues until today. Store opened at 8:30am and I was served by the female at the butcher section. I asked if there was any pork mince. She said no which is surprising as it was 8:45am and a customer in front of me just brought some but the fridge was empty. The very nice man working with her then said yes and asked how much I want. She then turned to him, starts yelling in chinese then said no to me again. He gave me 2kg of fresh pork mince. She continued to yell at him and I could hear her still when I was down the another aisle and on my way out. Sort her out. Her behaviour is disgusting and next time I wont be afraid to tell her to stop bullying people. While your at it, maybe inform her how it's not professional to use her phone and have earphones in while serving customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay shop, has a little bit of everything. Fruits and vegetables are quite cheap, and you may find something you haven't tried before. Meats can be decently priced, too, depending on what you're after. They stock products from various Asian countries, including novelty foods.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to stock up on your Asian grocery supplies and the prices are decent enough. It's a small carpark though so on some days, it might be better to park on the street instead of driving in. Look out for bulk discounts on some items that may not be indicated on the shelves themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Base branch, Very rude lady at check out. No customer service whatsoever avoid going there. There are many Asian groceries with better price and customer service. I will not go there again and will tell all my friends and family not to go. Very disappointing.
