K	Karen Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was awful. Militant male supervisor was rude and idiotic when I asked about price of product. Checkout operator was lovely.
D	Deidra Schwalger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An extremely popular main grocery of fresh everything is provided here, a must stop venue to collect your everything's before heading up the Thames Coast. Parking is big with congestion at the entrance and exits. The carpark provides special parks for motor homes, trailers and those hauling a boat. Staff are experienced, mature and familiar with their area. Store is clean, spacious and has no faults. No mandatory covid scanning upon entrances. Masks worn at all times.
N	Name Jeff on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is subpar but they are just working a minimum job, which is why I give this at least a 2 star rating. The missing three on the other hand are due to negligence of cleanliness of the toilets and store floors, shelve stocking and overall service at the counters. Please don't blame the staff for this has been a problem for quite some time and it is the responsibility of management to allocate these tasks accordingly. The only staff members I can say are genuinely troublesome are a few cashiers that speak in a demanding and somewhat aggressive tone, a uncalled for reaction was given to us when we were told to change checkouts even though the person ahead of us was just served and we were innocently expecting to be serviced next, we were told to move to the next checkout as if we were meant to know by a obviously frustrated older woman working and organising the checkouts, I understand if these times can be frustrating and retail (especially customer service) is not exactly the best job to deal with daily, but you are payed to deal with these issues regardless and customers shouldn't be subjected to your frustration when trying to shop. Please just try to remain calm and polite as many are also affected by these trying times, unfortunately I have found myself shopping at alternative locations due to this experience, as minor as it may seem. Other reviews of this establishment also echo my complaints and have been for years, so something needs to be done on a fundamental level.

I don't understand how that can happen every other week. Surely if you know you are likely to sell out of a product you would order more the next time. But this has been going on for YEARS. As for more unusual items - like corn flakes - forget it. You have to get to know the delivery times and stock up on items like that. Whoever is responsible for stock levels and re-stocking should be sacked immediately. Also the whole place needs a really good clean. The two stars are for the checkout staff. The management is awful.

I remember some of the leaning tower pizzas had mould growing on the top last year, and they kept selling them, even after being informed.
