★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We shopped at countdown Paeroa this morning what a pleasure it was to shop there the staff were so helpful friendly found everything we came for some with a little help from the staff and going through the check out lovely check out girls the manager can be very proud of his staff he has working for him we have decided we will go there more often even if it means traveling extra half hour to get there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An OK supermarket but always seems a bit run down, low on product in a lot of areas and when i have asked for something from staff they are not always the most helpful with responses like "we dont do that stuff here" and "we get what we are given" responses. OK if you need something in a hurry but Pak N Save Thames and New World Waihi offer a far better range and service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are lovely, but whoever is on re-ordering stock sucks at it because even when it wasn't the era of covid, there are more empty shelves than any other store i have ever seen, and not just once, EVERYTIME i go! Given up shopping here, its ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We new to this super market, it bigger inside than it looks outside. Parking was good. Layout good, isles wide, selection of goods different to new world but prices similar. Found selection of meats limited and portions were larger than we need.
