★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service isn't always great. When doing our weekly grocery shop one employee asked if we could even afford that. Some employees push in front of you or stand around talking about non work related things when customers are trying to get to things. Some of the workers are great! But unfortunately others let the place down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Pak n Save it a better one.it is big and has got everything u need. I dnt usually shop with them but I happened to visit there. They are running a Sticky Cafe additionally. There are two ATMs too (ANZ and BNZ if I am not mistaken). They have all the usual departments. Plenty of onsite parking available. They have got checkouts, self checkout and Shop and go too which makes the payment process way easier.
