★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped off my car in the morning for a service which wasn’t groomed when it was picked up the next day.
Upon booking, I was told this was going to be done and is part of the service.
On pick up, I wasn’t told that this was not done.
Upon calling to advise them, the lady merely said that there wasn’t enough time to groom it.
“It was dropped off at 9 am and picked up the next day??”
I was told that I could bring it back and “wait around” so it can be groomed. How is this good customer service?
No transparency but expecting that a customer who paid over $300 for a service, has time to bring it back and “wait around” but you guys have no time to complete the job that was promised.
Unhappy with the experience and the communication of this business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My car developed some issues over the weekend and I was able to speak to Nicole in the service department on Monday morning. Nicole made some recommendations that meant my car was in their garage that same day and I was able to pick it up, fixed and fully serviced in just under 24 Hours.
As someone that requires my vehicle for work, it meant that I was back to normal in no time. Nicole was understanding of my situation and incredibly efficient in making things happen. Thank you Nicole
I highly recommend these guys. I've purchased 2 cars from them already and I will be sure to see them again when I need the next one
