★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very peaceful place. We were a few people so it was very quiet. Large double room with a comfortable bed. Facilities very clean. Landry-machine and dryer (2$ each) very efficient. Kitchen well equipped with everything for cooking. Several tables outside. Staff friendly. The only negative point is the wifi : free vouchers but only 50 MB that is really too low for travellers.

Arriving 9sh and still Bob after a hard day on the machinery, welcomed us with big energy & ease helping us navigate the new place in the dark. Wish we could've stayed more than one night as the vibe and friendliness is awesome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is such a hidden Gem. The whole place is run by one couple, and since there are only half a dozen rooms (All of which are individually themed) there is a very cozy and friendly vibe, and there's plenty of free parking for each resident.
It's incredibly well priced, especially considering the high quality.
Glenda and Bob who run the place are very polite and helpful.
They certainly don't skimp out on the condiments, with our room having some free chocolates and sparkling wine, and the included breakfast having a reasonable range of bread, spreads, pastries, cereal and other goodies.
The communal living area is also very nice, containing the kitchen, dining area, and lounge space with couches and a coffee table.
The heated saltwater pool and the spa were very nice to use.
All the rooms and communal spaces are quite large as well, and quite a lot of effort has gone into the interior design and decoration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay in Picton. We really appreciated the shared kitchen below. There are only 4 rooms so it's never crowded. The owner is a very friendly guy who made sure we had everything we needed. The fridge had lots of food and beer in it and even though we were the only guests at the time we didn't know if it was for us or not so we left it alone. The next morning there were lots of fresh croissants for breakfast. Didn't expect that! Super comfortable beds, great hot shower. Good free WiFi. Peekaboo view of a marina. I was a little worried that other guests might wake us up walking past our room but we didn't notice anyone arrive. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although we arrived late off the ferry at 1.00am and only stayed one night it was a lovely place stop over to break our journey. Great communication from the lovely hostess Glenda, with clear instruction on how to let ourselves in. The lights on in our room to welcome us. This particular room has easy access and is right off the entrance lounge/dining/kitchen area, so it actually feels like a whole apartment even though the area is communal. The room had it's own bathroom. We could just help ourselves to a continental breakfast (included in cost) and Glenda just popped her head in the door to see if we were okay. We would definately stay here again and recommend it highly. The room was clean, tidy and tasteful as was the living area with a lot of lovely art.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely loved my stay 3 nights. Bob and his wife were truly wonderful hosts, nothing was a problem. Lovely swimming pool and Spa I recommend very highly a must to book in .
