β β β β β Sadly a bad experience. I was given a brow tint, shape and eyelash tint in the waiting room. Couldn't believe it. It was so embarrassing. My eye lid was burnt from the waxing in a small area. The work done was otherwise satisfactory.

β β β β β Used a voucher i was gifted to do my nails, appreciated that they let me use the voucher a week after its expiry date... professional beautitians, clean environment, i really liked my mani and pedi - felt cute leaving the store lol bit pricey but overall great service :)

β β β β β This is almost a year later but Iβm still that annoyed, Iβm compelled to leave a review. Iβm a DMK user so have had many appointments at other DMK clinics and this, Iβm afraid to say is the worst Iβve been to.
Firstly, the receptionist was lovely. It all went downhill when I had my appointment with the owner. Firstly, she put my enzyme on and left me for 40min. I soon realised it was to start another client. In ALL other DMK clinics Iβve been to, they are attentive to you the entire treatment. When the enzyme is on, they will give you a head, shoulders and leg massage. This clinic is all about money and it shows in the customer experience.
Once she finally returned, she ensued to spend 30min selling me product after product after I made the mistake of telling her beforehand I intended to buy product. This was not a single moment of relaxation and a rest like my experiences with other DMK clinics. I was merely seen as $$$$ by the owner and treated as such.
Will NEVER step foot in this clinic again. I now drive 1.5hrs to Akl to go to another DMK clinic where the attention to the customer experience is top notch and clients are not made to feel like merely a cash cow.
