β β β β β Absolutely gross , place was dirty , my acrylics are lumpy uneven and all different lengths. I will never return . Disappointed is an understatement.

β β β β β Worst experience ever at a nail salon. The lady was so distracted that when she used the electric file to to remove my cuticles, she went WAY to high up and literally took a massive chunk out of my skin. It hurt and she didn't acknowledge what she had done, apologise, or offer any kind of compensation despite the fact that it was bleeding everywhere and could have done permanent damage to my nail bed. Never ever going back!

β β β β β Have been here before and had a better experience. The lady was rushing and wanting to get, both mine and my friends nails done as fast as possible even with no other clients in the shop or waiting. She used the electric file to take my (standard) nail polish off because she didnβt want to damage her own painted nails but she missed some of my old nail polish and I can now see if through the new coat. She filed our nails fast and rough and hurt my friends while taking her old SNS nails off and didnβt ask for what shape or length we wanted. She then did the worst paint job, missing spots and leaving a rough coat.
She then sat while our nails were drying and started to do her own nails
Not impressed and will not be returning. The price reflects the workmanship

Really hurt her toenail and cut them too short, when my Nana told her it hurt, the lady just laughed.
When it was time to pay, she put half in the till and the $50 note in her back pocket.
My Nana will find another place to go from now on.

β β β β β I always get looked after so well! Everyone is really friendly and they do walk ins unless really busy. I wish we had this level of service in my home town.

β β β β β Paid $40 and had a pedicure done by the owner. Nail polish is patchy looks like one coat and doesnt cover the whole nail. Also unsure what moisturiser they use but it stings. Only conversation the lady had was trying to up sell me a manicure
My nails definitely dont look "perfect" so i definitely wont be returning.

β β β β β I have received manicures in the past where my cuticles were groomed and my hands moisturized. Perfect Nails did not do either of these. The acrylics are still attached and it's been 6 days. So I'm happy for that. Thankyou.

β β β β β Pedicure was great, girl really lovely. As I can't lie flat and asked if i could sit in a chair, another girl came to wax lip and eyebrows. Wax was super hot, she covered my chin and neck and let it go cold before she pulled it off, the most pain ever felt from waxing. I had three minute walk to my car and 15 minute drive home and face still stinging and was very red. I won't be going back!!!
