Our 4K 55" TV at 3 years old developed a problem. We contacted Harvey Norman from whom we purchased the TV. They organised with Pansonic a complete replacement at no cost to us , including installation on the wall. Thank you Harvey Norman and Panasonic for standing by their product!

Purchased a microwave from a local dealer. Took it for a warranty repair after 3 weeks due to a high pitch noise that is always there even when not operating and can hear it several meters away. Had to take it back to the service agent 3 times over the next 3 weeks then they finally had Panasonic look at it themselves. They gave it back to me not fixed. The Panasonic technician (not the repair agent) blamed the power supply and said they are all like that though I know if their design was better this would not be a problem. He also said that my hearing is too good and that the position it is in is probably the problem though I have tested that and it is not the case. I cannot recommend anyone purchase anything electronic from Panasonic. They do not take responsibility for bad design and make issues with their products their customers problem.

Our 4 yr old TV developed a fault and was taken to 100% Leader and Watt in Palm North. Leader and Watt contacted Panasonic NZ. They replaced the TV, delivered and set it up with no cost to us. Thank you 100% Leader and Watt and Panasonic for excellent service.

DO NOT BUY a Panasonic! Their aftersales servoce support is horrible. They were condescending and didn't acknowledge anything I said because I was Jo public.

There should be a no star rating!!!Dont buy a Panasonic heat pump, I have two and they are unreliable, after only 2 years they are breaking down, and parts need to be replaced...Not good when you would expect these items to last at least 10 years...and parts take 8 weeks to arrive...Never will I buy panasoic again!!

We have an old DMR HST 270 recorder and I was looking for the manual. It seems not to be unavailable through the Panasonic web site. This DVR is the most not simple to use especially when two programmes have an overlap. I have been trying to find out how to change the overlap time without success. In the past I had a HUMAX DVR which was brilliant. Given my experience with this device I would not choose to purchase any Panasonic products in the future.

The most irresponsible after-sale customer service I have ever experienced. When we reported that our ACs were not functioning, they booked a 3-rd party technician to check up, fixed the issue, and told us the problem was due to installation, so we needed to pay $500 to the technician. We asked for the full report, and all we got was a rude reply accused that we didn't want to pay. The problem re-occurred after just a few weeks, and Panasonic insisted this was the installation issue without giving us proof of any report. They said they didn't want to send anyone to come and check up again because we didn't pay the first technician. They just simply threw the buck back to us
