★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing warranty support, would not buy their products again. Bought a Heat Transfer system off them, four years in the fan went out (on a 5 year warranty), I followed the paperwork procedure to the letter, returned the defective fan - after professional uninstallation - to Bunnings, who gave me a new replacement out of the box (4 year warranty now...). That was all fine, but Simx hasn't provided Bunnings with appropriate return instructions, so Simx won't give me any costs to cover the electrician costs of unistalling the defective unit and installing the new one. They claim that they don't know the fan was defective until they've inspected it themselves, but because they haven't provided those instructions to Bunnings, Bunnings hasn't returned them the fan directly. End result is that I'm out several hundred dollars because I followed Simx's warranty authorization instructions exactly and they won't honor their own process. Pretty disappointing. I'm expecting the replacement fan to go out in four years, and I'll get to start the whole adventure again! Several hundred more down the drain...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simx door chimes are a waste of money and do not last. No point having a 1 year warranty if door chime can't even last a fair amount of time. Nearly burnt our house down, lucky we noticed burning plastic smell from the power supply which even started charring the plastic case of door chime. Advised Simx by phone and they didn't even want to know, out of warranty your problem not ours. I'm an electrician and would never fit them in an house again, total waste of time and money for a $130 door chime.
