He gives me a heads up on market trends and changes within banks that impact interest rates or might affect my situation/influence decisions I make.
He's very knowledgeable and having worked in banks, he's knows how they function so lays out what to expect which makes it easier for me.
Super down to earth and friendly.

We brought during a lockdown and there was lots of complications around the settlement date, valuations and payments, but he managed to get it all done for us.
