★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eugene and Daniel are amazing to deal with. We were recommended to use Twine Financial Advisers through a family friend as we were struggling to get anywhere with our bank and local mortgage broker. We felt like on one was actually listening to us and getting us the results we wanted. We were so close to just giving up as we were told our plan was not possible.
The whole process was easy and explained to us in simpler terms. Nothing was an issue and in the end we received pre approval and are on our way to achieving our goals. Eugene even set up a savings plan for us, which will help us long term with our build and future lending with the bank. Daniel was always super responsive to emails and nothing was ever a problem. Even when I was asking silly questions!

Eugene and Daniel were a huge support throughout our house buying journey - they know what's important and what's coming next and kept us on track.
They were also a great sounding board as we involved agents, lawyers insurance, and chased after a lot of different properties.

They will analyse your situation and then propose a doable plan. No stress and their system are very savvy! I love how I don’t need to send them scanned copies of our financial records. It is very daunting to print, scan and email 15 pages of documents. I’ve had no problems with Twine. Their service is top-notch and you will be looked after! Thank you Twine until next dealing!

We receive such a detailed summary of the various banks, along with the pros & cons of each scenario. We have found that their recommendations based on all available scenarios, are always spot on and align to what we believe is the best option.
In addition Eugene & Daniel are excellent at the little things that matter ie responsive, call you bang on the agreed time they say they will. They are knowledgeable on not only the Financial Sector but the wider things that can impact.
We have recommended Family & Friends to Twine, and have no reason to use any other Broker. Thanks team and keep up the excellent work.
