★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Students aren't the only one that need a place to study. I work full time and take languages classes on my days off. The library gets packed easily so I arrived early to grab a seat. The fact that they kicked me off to reserve the spot for study sessions that I know don't always happen made me feel really bad. And I wasn't the only one. Not every student comes to the library to study so they shouldn't have to reserve sooo many seats that aren't all used. They aren't the only ones its not fair.

Came in 1 minute before closing, like a chump, but the team were still helpful and friendly. When they found out I only had an e-membershp, Aidan was very professional in explaining why I had to change my membership and issued me a card; meanwhile his colleague went off to find the book. When it couldn't be found on the shelf, Aidan remembered it was a recent return and exactly what it looked like, making the process so much easier.
5 mins after turning up I was on my way with an exciting new book to read. Quick and easy.
