★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 5th July, I was returning from work at on Great south road,and the road was closed for repair. I took the wrong exit and ended up lost for 3 hours. I didn't have data and a GPS. I was so lost ended up in the interiors of settlement road, rang my kins who were of no help. In panic, I rang 111, and a lady police officer, safely guided me home, almost over 2 hours. She was so commendable and patient with me, at times I was almost lost my control, all alone , on isolated roads at 1 am. She remained with me, supporting and encouraging, until I reached manukau, like an angel.
I would like to sincerely thank her for saving my life , when I was in desperation. NZ police is marvellous. I am so proud that we have police officers with such patience and virtues out there to protect and save our lives. She is an example of greatness beyond capacity, who can save lives over the phone. I felt her presence next to me while I was lost over the 3 hour ordeal. I could have died in a horrific way but she saved me. At times we need such wonderful angels to teach us the value of life.
Thank you from the depth of my heart . I would love to meet meet u and cry with tears of happiness for what u did for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here as a youth, I had my own cell with a view of the hallway which was cool! as you got to watch people transit in and out, I didn’t have any room service so I cannot comment on the food but the front desk was super helpful and a staff member ushered me to my cell once I had handed over my fingerprints and photo. Best thing was having a chauffeur take me to (before processing) and from the venue after being processed. I think I paid $350 in court costs afterwards which was expensive but I did learn a lesson after that and that was don’t get caught! 5/5 would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made a complaint, a friend of mine owed me money and never payd me back, police said they cant do anything about it even when i gave them his full name, and have to take it to court. Maybe this is why people keep stealing, because they know the police wont do anything about it, only take a statement
