★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There should be more ticket machines and more shelter on the middle platform. I do like that you can get a morning coffee if the train is late or cancelled. Announcements are clear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shelter. Toilet. In good condition. A shame they can't run trains to a timetable = missed the Pukekohe connection by 20 seconds so 10 people left on the platform. No wonder people prefer their cars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Real bad customer service in the office area the only help I got was the security guard on duty , Customer service didn't even know what bus went to where I requested, just lazy sat there and looked at me like I need to help myself so why are they just sitting there looking at eachother confuse its your Job to study the timetables you weren't busy at all ??♀️ Rude and Poor only hard Workers Onsite is the cleaner and the securities.
