β β β β β ο Terrible experience, I will not be using this business ever again. The customer service was non existent as the store owner could not communicate in English and worse still, she began to yell at me in another language, so loud that people outside the store stopped to witness her tantrum. The initial enquiry was regarding the fact that there were stains on my garments that I indicated to them at drop off. She happily accepted payment from me but when I picked the garments up, the stains were still there. When I enquired about this discrepancy, the store owner could not provide me with an answer and then demonstrated her frustration by yelling at me in another language. Definitely not an experience I deserved. If I could select a zero star rating I would but I have to indicate something in order for my post to be eligible, hence the 1 star rating. ο

β β β β β NOT RECOMMENDED! I got my top dry cleaned from them through E-laundry store in Mt wellington. They completely damaged my new satin top and I had to throw it away. All threads came off.
When we talked to them, the owner's son was really humble & was ready to compensate but the father was stubborn. We asked to compensate it so that I could buy another one as I was supposed to wear it for a wedding. After a bit of argument, the father agreed to pay $40 and my top was worth over $70. They even shamelessly said that you guys can go ahead and file a complaint. E-laundry owner was really nice and compensated us with $30 extra as he could see us struggling in this situation. The owner of Papatoetoe Drycleaners has no sense of dealing with customers. They have no insurance/policy if they damaged something.
