Looksmart Alterations is always looking for extraordinary individuals to join the team. We currently have positions vacant for Tailors, Sewing Machinists, Shop Managers and Customer Service waiting for you. With our on-going training, you will extend your tailoring, management, dressmaking, fashion and customer service knowledge which inline, will help you advance in your career. In fact approximately 15% of our existing franchisees started as Looksmart staff working as tailors, shop managers and even customer service staff.

β β β β β Can they even sew? Had to have my skirt taken in a further 3 times in addition to the initial measure 4 in total, and still untidy workmanship. $75 later (initially quoted $65) and it still doesn't fit well.

β β β β β Superb, friendly, expert service! I have been here three times in the past month getting pants shortened (daughter's tailored dress pants & husband's work trousers). Each alteration has been beautifully done and completed within the promised one hour. I will be coming here for all future alterations and cannot recommend Cecilia and team highly enough.

Great service, very friendly,fast, and I was very happy with how my dress fit after they altered it. I paid less than $60 for this.

β β β β β We ordered a wrong size of hoodie for my son and we were so disappointed. Didn't know what to do as it was to be used for a sport event in a week's time. Looksmart was our savior.. they helped altering the hoodie to the exact size and got it done with in a day. Also got $10 off on the next alteration.. super friendly staff, very modern customer registration process (they have a tab to register our details) super impressed!!

β β β β β Took jacket in on Tuesday for alteration,and ready for pickup Friday. Its pricey but I wanted a good job done and thought I was paying for quality service. I phoned them on Friday around 4.30pm and was told its finished and ready. So I said il be in Saturday morning to collect as I was heading to an event on the way and planned to wear it. Got to Looksmart Manukau and they said it wasn't finished. So they rushed as I waited... end result, I was not impressed. Also I was made late to event, so not satisfied customer. I got no 'sorry' or compensation, won't use them again.
