★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have lots of extra things you won't find at a normal post shop, but they are so crowded it's hard to move around without feeling like you're going to knock things over or knock someone down! That said, the wide variety of books, cards, and gift wrap made it easy to get everything we were looking for in one place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sometimes ok, sometimes not. The staff alk loudly about their own lives and that can be uncomfortable, they also like to talk about how people smoke while walking bybthe store and the smoke lingers for hours - they tell customers this. We try not to go there

If you want cheap cards then yes The Warehouse or the $2 shop are cheaper but if you want something special or that looks like you have put in that extra bit of thought then this is the place. Also acts as a post shop. Cute kids stuff, books, gifts and calendars as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shocking service - today i called in to see why an item i paid for overnight had not been sent - the women on the phone basically said tough luck. I asked why do they charge for an overnight courier and she said cause they can and can not guarantee that service - i asked again then why charge the price if you can not provide the service - again i was told tough luck - absolutely shocking service - the women should not be in customer service if anything she should be fire.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had bad service two days ago when asked What My Problem Is by your staff member when I merely asked for some service to pay for the envelope. It was inappropriate. And, your comments on this review show you also don't seem to know the first thing about customer service. You may like to use the standard reply in future which is "i hear you had a frustrating experience, we're sorry, we will try do better next time".
