Thats my last visit to that so called bookshop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ok usually i never write bad reviews but felt like the lady at the counter today was so rude and not very helpful, i just said "courier" and later added "with signature pls" because i didn't realise i had not mentioned it and the lady said "you should have told me before" i sincerely apologized and instead of saying its ok she rolled her eyes at me. I let that go, as i was busy and wanted to print out some forms that i had emailed them. I said i need a big white paper bag and she charged me for it then later said it wont fit in the courier bag. i said no problem and grabbed the smaller brown bag and it was cheaper than the white bag but she never mentioned the refund. i ignored that too. Next comes the printer guy who clearly was told twice that i need some print outs ever since i walked in. He kept serving the other customers who walked in after me, and when i finally walked towards him with my arms folded, that's when he asked if i emailed the print outs and started working on it when i was standing in front of him. He then started charging me and i said the lady over there charged me for the print outs already (which was ages ago). He apologized and started laughing. I still handed the parcel to the lady thanking her in the end and she didn't even care to respond and just grabbed the bag lol douchebags i go here since it's closer to my flat but customer service is so poor. don't want to be served by that lady again.
