β β β β β never had an issue with this shop, thankfully I was smart enough to actually look at the hours on the shop physically, and not trust everything thats on the internet - a habit some people might need to adopt.

β β β β β ongoing trend of poor customer service, whilst i can understand when busy can be hectic but seeing rough treatment of customers by being rude when asked questions and can tell the a few staff are just over it this happening often perhaps a change of staff required?

β β β β β I had a terrible experience. I was told to rewrite my form. Was in the queue and told they were closed. The staff were rude and showed no care. This left a bad taste in my mouth regarding new Zealand, I will not return

β β β β β First of all, change the time on google. On google itβs showing that shop will open at 08:30 am, when i went there it was 08:56 Door was locked one off staff member said that we open at 09:00 am. I was at the door for 4 minutes. No one has time to wait there because of their fault. Specially when people are going to work. Change your time on google. Staff was super unfriendly. I showed them that on Google it is showing 08:30 am. But still They didnβt let me in. She opened door at 09:00 am

β β β β β Very poor service. Even if you are in the queue and/or are completing a form as directed by staff, they won't take your post even if it takes 1 minute past 4.50 to complete. At their direction. Use a different post shop if you can.

β β β β β Crammed inside a book store doesn't feel like post-office. Busy days are hell there. Wrong location chosen in a hurry. It's Lower Hutt NZ post! Change locations with Kiwibank should be better inside queensgate mall!
