★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the best experience dealing with this store on refunds. Brought an item and soon realised that it was not fit for purpose. Rang store and explained the situation and was told by the owner that I could have a refund. When taking the item back I was given a gift card as a refund. This gift card can only be used at a Paper Plus store and has quite a few conditions attached to it. You cannot purchase stamps, postage items, lotto, pay bills etc. When I stated it was not acceptable and I should have my money back to spend where and when I liked, was met with aggressive behavior not befitting a sales person. This sales person escalated the problem that should not have been a problem.
