I understand that if the store is quiet, it's nice to chat, but when a customer is in need of their service, gossip can pause and begin again once they have been attended to ;-)
Ended up leaving because the item we were searching for could not be found and the staff were not sure where it may be either... It's a small store so surely when it's quiet you'd get to know which isle items are located.
