★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly helpful staff. I needed a piece of rubber to protect part of the frame on my mountain bike they helped me find a solution quickly. Really well priced too will return when my chain stay guards need replacing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's always a surprise to others but I value customer service above all else. The two staff who helped me a blond haired woman and a male guy I think was Filipino went out of their way to help without being pushy and I did get what I wanted.
If you expect all the frilly shop fittings don't come to Para Rubber on Blenheim Road. They instead will sell you what you need without condescending to you.
Bring cash if you can. There is EFTPOS and credit cards although they may not take QCard.
