★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super quick and friendly service. MyCom replaced the battery in my Huawei P10 Lite. It saved me from having to send my phone to Auckland and being without it for a long time. I'm very happy with the price and service, and the battery was installed within an hour of dropping off my phone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Could not fault the service I received. I was expecting to have to leave my phone however it was tested, diagnosed and repaired all on the spot. MyCom was obliging and very helpful throughout the whole process. Cannot recommend highly enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a problem with my iPad and took it into MyCom as it had frozen itself. In a matter of seconds it was fixed and he would not take any money for his expertise. I was absolutely shocked that he would not take any money for what he did and to me that is a service you do not see these days, a credit to his business, I hope he does well as he deserves it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend Mycom for any screen repair job, I was informed my iPhone screen was going to be replaced with a genuine new one, and was charged an above market rate for this, upon receiving my "fixed" iPhone I found the FaceID and camera were damaged and had to return more than twice due to the screen being faulty.
After taking my phone to a real apple store, they told me the screen was in fact not a genuine part, on request of a refund / repair / replacement I was extremely rudely lied to and told that the business owner was to blame and they would do nothing to remedy the issue.
If there was an option to give lower than one star, I would give it.
