★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked for acrylics and then lady proceeded to ask “long nails?” Which I responded yes as acrylic nails are long.
I trusted the lady and ended up getting a full set SNS nails which is not what I asked for. Never had this issue with the nail salons I been to, I been to a few. It’d have been lot more professional if clarified but seems this is not a one time incident after reading all the reviews.
During the process I then had my pinky bleed as lady was little rough. Disappointed.
Overall nails not too bad, but communication with clients should be improved upon. I surely don’t want to be getting nails I did not ask for, then charged extra.
