β β β β β Really rude staff, I like their food but their behavior and manner really rude. My main point the customer is always right in any matter. I have been in business over 20 years and i know how to make customers happy.
I had a couple of times coffee which was cold or extra hot so I asked if you can change it. I am a customer and I know who can make a good coffee or bad coffee but I walked through and I asked for coffee today and they said we don't make for you because I only asked for change last time also I asked that I like to talk to your boss but they ignore it and said my boss busy and not interested to hear that.
Customer service getting worst every day and hows do your feel as a customer when you walked through and they don't make a coffee for you because I complained, I am supporting their business in a tough time during the lock-down but they don't appreciate it.
They had three girls which two of them were better than the other one making a good coffee. They were all three making coffee but when I ask if the other two can make it for me, they said No, only one girl making coffee which you complain but I had a photo of another girl last time making a coffee for other customers. It was very embarrassing that instead of improving their service and quality, they are rude and argue with the customer. They should make customers complain in a good way, not a negative way. I am really sad with the owner's manner that he/ she doesn't care about their customer. No good at all

β β β β β Excellent friendly staff. AMAZING FOOD. Tried the beef toasted sandwich, bacon and egg panini, Pana Chocolate's and a bread loaf. Everything had great taste and a good texture. Prices were fair!!
Highly recommend this bakery.

β β β β β I reckon by calling themselves Bakery they should be very good at what they do but their bakeries are below average. Slices are dry and tasteless. Really regret spending money here. You know the feeling when you cave for a desert slice, and ended up getting a bad product.

β β β β β Current owners are so out of touch with local community, great potential marred by horrible customer service. I have called into this bakery every Saturday morning for a pastry and a cofee and my partner was treated poorly for just asking for a plate. To which the βbakerβ replied βlet me see your vaccine passβ we were happy to show our pass despite the line in front of us were not asked for this at all. I recommend you go across the road to Circus Circus, the food and coffee is great and the warm welcome is free!

β β β β β Nacho Pie..Divine..right amount of flavour, pie crust almost Bread like which is so good cos it's hold all the elements. Custard donuts..YUM! Good texture not too sweet balances very well, same with Almond croissant. Cinnamon donuts is ok, taste little oily at the end and over the top sugary, but overall, definitely recommend and we'll come back for more for sureβΊοΈ?

β β β β β My steak and mushroom pie was very delicious. Super thick but fluffy light crust and with heaps of Thic steak pieces. Flavour was on point. Service was good. Opens Early morning. Good deal overall

β β β β β The croissant has its genuine taste. The Mille- Feuilles is a delightful dessert. But their eβclair is a bit sweet. The steak & cheese pie has ample real chunks of steak in there and is also very delicious.
