★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good selection of breads - all types . There are also pies and rolls for a quick grab and go lunch . They also serve coffee and there are seats and tables outside if you want stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked for an "extra chocolatey mocha" and unfortunately did not get what I asked for and paid for. What I did get, was the privilidge of hearing the RUDE barista complain about me to another customer. I suggest working on your coffee making skills and NOT talking rudely behind customers' back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What criteria do you have when you choose a place for coffee and catching up with friends? For my wife and I, we look for 4 things, i.e. friendly staff, good coffee and food, comfortable environment and adequate parking spaces. We have found our ideal place at Pandoro (Mt Eden)! We like it so much that we would go there for lunch during most of the week days and morning or afternoon coffee with friends on weekends.
The team serving you at Pandoro, Mt Eden, is marvellous! They are super-friendly and warm towards the customers. They always smile and greet you as soon as you are there. The team work seamlessly, making sure that you are served efficiently and pleasantly.
The coffee is more than good; it is excellent! Their pastry and bread are great. In particular, if you like pies, Italian or European bread, this is the shop to go for them.
As a bakery, this shop is spacious and open with a relatively high ceiling too. The decor is welcoming and the Roman figures depicted in the strip of the "wall paper" under the ceiling is very appealing to us. We have had lovely times sitting down there and chatting with friends over a cup of coffee or a chocolate or tea with cakes or snacks. There are plenty of 2-hour free parking spaces just outside and near to the shop. What else can you ask for? Price? Very reasonable too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not impressed. I don't think my donut was that nice. Can get better. Suppose to be an Italian bakery but no way. I don't like the fact I was sitting to eat it with a coffee and it was thrown into a paper bag. Won't be back.

bought couple of pies, croissant and a muffin for breakfast and everything was really bad.
Pies were dry, croissant was yesterday’s and was hard to eat, muffin doesn’t deserve even 1 star-just terrible.
Will not make this mistake-buying from this place. And, of course, wouldn’t recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pandoro has a number of branches and I've been going here since it opened.
I'm sorry but I find their bread too conventional and really lacking an artisan taste.
What really concerned me today were the flies that I saw settling on the bread. Perhaps they should give this issue some more attention.
