★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiet location, beautifully appointed sound-proofed rooms and shared dining area, scrummy breakfast, cozy bed, and a small gym and lovely dry sauna as a bonus. Vivien is a wonderful host, very accommodating and attentive. The best of a hotel and a BnB together!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Discovered this welcoming, set apart and cozy. At this beautifully presented oasis we were met by Viv..the charming and accommodating host who kindly answered questions about places and ctivities.
Enjoyed our 2 night stay and were tempted to stay longer. The lodge was spotless, not just your usual b&b.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the most beautiful stay at Parkside Boutique Lodge. The accommodation is new and just an easy 10 minute drive from Rotorua central. We loved the peacefulness and quietness of the location. The bed is so comfortable and fitted with quality linen. Viv is an amazing hostess with lots of local knowledge and we really enjoyed meeting her. Breakfast is a bonus, I loved the homemade granola. Its an easy 5 stars from us!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the most AMAZING experience here with my family. Everything was exceptional. The hospitality was impeccable; from the attention to detail, to the friendly welcoming nature of the hostess. The lodge was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay: robes, slippers, shower amenities, fresh towels, so on. The lodge was gorgeous with the most beautiful feature walls, sauna, pool, gym etc. The breakfast in the morning was above and beyond, far better than anything we have ever received at any hotel; with a range of fresh fruits, cereal, toast, croissants, spreads, fillings, fresh coffee and juice. We were also given lovely dinner and sightseeing recommendations from the hostess, making the experience and our getaway all the more enjoyable. We will definitely be back and certainly be recommending this gorgeous boutique lodge to friends and extended family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our group of three had a divine mid-week 4 night stay at Parkside Boutique Lodge and we can’t wait to return. The ideal base for experiencing Rotorua (10 mins to the centre), we packed in a lot during the days and returned to a serene oasis at Parkside. We slept incredibly well with the gorgeous bedding and quiet surroundings. The gym set up was great too. Viv was so friendly and welcoming, and made us feel at home. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lodge was beautifully decorated with peaceful surroundings. We were a group of five and took the whole 3 bedrooms. The room were very clean and nice, with comfortable beds, linen and nice towels. We also enjoyed the use of lounge room, it was relaxing to have a couple glasses of wine with friends after dinner at the lounge. We didn't have the time to use the sauna, but it looks nice. Also would like to stay there in the future to use the nice looking swimming pool. The host Viv was lovely, she was helpful and prepared us a nice breakfast in the morning. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend this place to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the most amazing weekend away with my partner staying @ the Parkside Lodge, huge thank you to Viv who made us feel welcome and even made breakfast for us as we stayed here. Was a lovely stay, also very peaceful and quiet, we got to wake up to breakfast, Gym and also Sauna so I'm very happy with everything. Big thanks again Viv! Arohanui nā Ana rāua ko Hare ?

IT FEELS GOOD TO BE BACK!
Visited this place back in winter of 2021 for our anniversary.
Fast forward to summer of 2022...
we booked Parkside Boutique for the second time!
Seasons may have changed but the place has always been inviting like the way we remembered. It definitely left me feeling nostalgic. Ambience is nice. Rooms are always clean and in fantastic condition. We looked forward to use the poolside area as we weren't able to swim the first time we checked in last year (weather was too cold for it). We are lucky to have the pool to ourselves in the heat of the summer. It was a peaceful getaway and that's what we needed. Parkside Boutique Lodge provided a safe home for out-of-town travellers like us.
We enjoyed our stay in Parkside Boutique.
Viv is a great host. She is best at what she does.
