★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place. It has a good community kitchen with most of the appliances. You can bring your own grocery and cook food. The staff is quite nice and friendly. Decent parking available on site. It is not very far from the city area. Also it is very close to State Highway. So getting out of the city is easy from here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a motel can't be faulted. Nice touches. Community kitchen is useful and has all appliances. Hot and cold water taps are different making it difficult to mix and have normal temp water. The basin could have been bigger. Overall nice rooms for couples.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked 13 rooms for a family reunion. Hygiene and cleanliness was excellent. The flow from kitchen to BBQ area as great. The shared kitchen was well stocked and easy to work in. Staff were really friendly. Had a very enjoyable weekend and would recommend this Lodge. The standard was excellent.

I think its emergency housing.
First night we arrived there were about a dozen people outside having drinks, listening to music.
Unfortunately they brought the party inside and were yelling and whatnot in the kitchen until early hours of the morning. The second night, again there were people outside having drinks, listening to music, brought it inside and someone ended up having domestics in the hallway at 2.30am. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. But the walls are paper thin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location and price. Very friendly helpful staff and good facilities. However the walls are very thin so you can hear the neighbours talking and snoring. Shower a problem as floods even when you point the shower head to the wall as suggested. The bed and pillows weren't the greatest either. Such a shame, because it is a quirky little place with a lovely receptionist and a homely feel.
