★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in the new rooms...very neat. Staff friendly and accommodating. The food at the restaurant is amazing..absolutely delicious ? I will go back just for the good. Compliments to the chefs!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed overnight in the new very quiet units. They are excellent value, with the bar and restaurant right next door. Very welcoming owners. Plus the beach is a quick walk if you feel like greenstone hunting. I will stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went for a meal there after riding part if the Wilderness Trail. After talking to the Owner, we were able to park our Motorhome there, both whilst out in the trail, and for the night - very much appreciated. The meal we had was great, hubby having the roast of the day and the vegetarian option for me. Couldn't fault it. Will go back for sure

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ate dinner here on a very busy night, they had an event on. We got told the food would be quite a wait, and it really wasn't. It came out in reasonable time and the waitress was clearly under the pump but still managed to be super friendly and smiley - amazing customer service. I wish we were local because the food was to die for. Loved the vibe of the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was impeccable as a individual that has had the fortune of staying at many place this place truly sets itself apart from others. Room was incredible all the amenities you would expect from a 4 star hotel. Rooms are clean and very well equipped, service is great I think I will be staying here in future its one of those place that you could call a home from home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently used this hotel for a work trip. The staff is amazing at making you feel at home. The owner Alan is a super guy, happy to share some banter with anyone that he saw and cater to your every need.
The restaurant offers premium options at very reasonable prices, ad to this the fast, friendly service and you have something special.
The rooms feel brand new with more than enough comfort, even on extended stays. All the facilities and amenities work, and nothing feels cheap.
The West Coast natural beauty is what will take you there, but the Paroa Hotel and its people are what will have you coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Far more than you expect from a "3-star hotel". The rooms are fantastic. The beach is 75 m away and just what you want on the west coast. The food is great bistro food! The coffee is excellent. We all loved the salad bar. Alan is super kind and onto everything. I'm so pleased I accidentally found this place on Google!
