★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SUPER RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! not happy had a phone call with someone and im new at the job and couldnt hear them clearly and it was a horrible experience. I was still talking and he hung up on me and when asking questions he wasnt even professional. I would not think they would not be like this even when highly recommended from others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just wanted to commend the staff down at the Wairau branch. The team are excellent to deal with, have good knowledge and get orders ready as promptly as possible. Best service we have ever had with any supplier to be fair.
Great bunch of guys and great service, should have been using you guys long ago. For retail or trade, definitely give these guys a try first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome customer service. Came in for a replacement bulb for a front headlight. Karl was fantastic….not only did he give us good advice but he also spent about 45 minutes replacing it. Such a nice guy and we really appreciated his help. He went above and beyond helping us out. Awesome kiwi business. I would highly recommend them. Great job!!!!!
