My visit here must have been OK as I purchased a new car from them. Came close to getting the deal I wanted. The main reason I returned to this company. In the past I have found their after sales service to be faultless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in to book my mothers Subaru Outback for some work and walked in to be greeted with the slandering of staff which was clearly more important than greeting customers. This is not the first time I’ve walked through to the counter and seen rude eye rolls and profound language used. I ended up walking out and asking another member of staff the names of the 2 on front counter. I had not seen them before so they must be new or something but Paul and Aleisha should take a class of manners and etiquette if they’re going to work in customer service. Extremely unprofessional for the company image.

All in all it was the best experience I've had with a motor vehicle dealer and it is entirely down to the people there.

Crissy and Ray made sure that we will have the most amazing experience in choosing our car and be very comfortable while waiting for the transactions to be wrapped up! Crissy helped us a lot in the financing side of things and made sure we got approved! AND WE DID! Ray, on the other hand, helped us with our car of choice and helped us with the decision making! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m impressed by Eric’s service today as this is happening two years after I purchased my new forester from their Eric. I and my son were in a park and can’t go anywhere because my son accidentally misplayed the trunk gate hence it never locked again. Luckily Eric is so nice , he made his time out just for driving to us and solved the issue. I’m impressed about how he well look after his customer and profession skills. I would refer anyone who interested in buying a Subaru to Eric .
