★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They rip me off before I left my car for them to fix I ask them for the quote and they told its $300 something but later when I came to pick it up they said its $962 that's just ruin the name of the company and their reputation how disgusting, I'm not sure is it because I'm a asian or what that they decide to rip me off like that. So angry and now I still haven't got my car back because I didn't exspect it to cost that much, I went to pick it up with amount of supprise of how much it has cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff member left a 10 cm long deep scratch in the side of our van while replacing an electrical plug, didn't tell us at the time but it was discovered and pointed out 30 min after paying the bill. They acknowledged it when pointed out but are now ignoring our emails and when phoned they say we will get onto it but nothing happens. This issue will be taken further. All we want is paint to be restored. We cannot recommend this company.

Worst customer experience ever!
Unfortunately even twice, cause I was told to go there.
Day 1: "I can't help you today, I'm going home in 10 minutes"
Wanted them to make a short analyse, no complete disassemble of my car.
Day 2: waited for 30 minutes without any communication.
Left and got some "nice" words from them on the way out.
You shouldn't treat CUSTOMERS like this!!!
1 star still too much!!
