★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hired a Karaoke machine late Thursday evening for the weekend, and considering it was late notice not only was there a machine available but I received the most amazing customer service from Gene. He made everything easy and simple from the transaction to picking up and dropping off the gear. I would definately be using you guys again. Service is great and very affordable compared to other companies in the Auckland region. I have used other companies that were overpriced and the song selection was limited. Thank you for your assistance Gene.

Not sure if it was after asking for my last name or my address (South Auckland) that made him change his tune. After the initial call, all of my calls and emails went unanswered. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
If you're after bad communication with a touch of profiling, by all means book here, you'll be highly satisfied *eye roll*

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hired a light up dance floor and lights. Dance floor was a hit and laser lights made the night. Great communication. Gene was accommodating and friendly. Delivery, set up and break down was fast and efficient. Great service. Will definitely use again.
