β β β β β The guys @ Wairau Road branch went above and beyond to help me with the equipment I hired. When the machine stopped working they found another one for me and only charged me for half a day that I was initially hiring it for. The fuel and maintenance (the machine stopped working because I've handled it wrong) fee was also fair. All my questions were answered with great positive attitude and in detail.

You have been more than helpful and I will definitely use your services again! Friendly and kind staff.

β β β β β Negligent staff, though they're not bad people. They just don't pay attention when attaching trailers, jotting down accurate departure times, giving you what you paid for, or doing their job properly. They caused us a huge, extremely dangerous hassle for what should have been a quick in and out. The trailer was great though
