★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my three children this morning. When pulling in to the driveway I could see by the size of the warehouse it was going to be very small and busy inside.only a few car parks so we parked on the road and walked. The entrance was a tiny area with the door hooked wide open on a busy shared driveway( dangerous for runners) and the one young lady on the till as well as taking coffee orders was very overwhelmed. Finally after making it past the pile of shoes at the entrance we got in the gate and where super underwhelmed. Nothing like in the photos on line.far to many people in the building and it was dangerous all the kids bumping in to one another and all crying made it horrible. I saw quite a number including my own get injured. I almost feel it was something that osh should be investigating. Is there not a certain number of occupants allowed in before it gets dangerous! We have been turned away from another indoor playground due to it being unsafe to have anymore people inside so we had to wait for some to leave. I feel this needed to be done this morning as it’s such a tiny cluttered place especially with all the mums standing around chatting with cups of coffees rather than sitting and keeping the space for the kids safe and free to wonder.the coffee that I waited ten minutes for was horrible and only just warm. The place looked dirty and run down. Broken balls, black slide, one hidden bin so food all over the floor and tables from the kids beside us
Not at all worth the discounted price we got it or the drive.we drive from glenfield.very dissatisfying. Pay the bit extra and go to wonderland!! Clean and safe.bigger space and friendlier people

It is very friendly atmosphere. Very friendly owners of this place. We enjoyed a lot. I do believe it was the best kids party ever. Highly recomment5

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live 50 minutes away from this venue and I booked it for my daughter’s 4th birthday. It has everything, I good size play area for kids and room that is decorated for you with the theme of your choice. The decorations were stunning and all kids had a blast playing in the kids play area.
I booked the whole place for a private hire and for what I got it was great value for money.
All the parents were relaxed including myself sitting and mingling while the kids playing. Everyone was saying how lovely the party was and how their kids had so much fun. The staff was very helpful and friendly and did everything to make my day go smooth and easy. Thanks so much, the venue was so worth the drive to it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We chose private hire of party kingdom, not only was it clean, safe and it was a cool temperature during a hot day, they went above and beyond setting up two parties rooms and Eve the owner setup an extra party room as a disco room which was a hit, I found the price extremely cheap and lucky for what we were provided, the service was amazing and run by a local family. If you want real effort and real service this is the place to go as I will be telling everyone. We plan parties for children everyday this is our life I decided I couldn’t do it this year as it’s our job and it was the least stressful birthday I have ever had, We were very fortunate and my kids can’t wait to do this again. Eve and Adam have created such a wonderful place for families I couldn’t recommend it more.
Edit: Reading the bad reviews below on what people are complaining about really hits home, this is a family run business not a corporation, businesses cost money, us family run businesses can’t afford multiple staff, I feel like some people nothing still ever be good enough, people need a reality check. Eve juggled so many people at our party and everyone was actually over the moon. Don’t spend $9 and complain about it what is wrong with you people.
