★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had purchased a bracelet for my partner from Pascoes that has a faulty loop which is supposed to house the safety chain. The best Pascoes could do to fix this issue was for me to pay $35 to get it soldered or leave it how it was. The first person who served me, Finn, was sympathetic but there was nothing he could do. However, the team leader Cameron gave me terrible service and wasn’t willing to help me out in the slightest.
Michael Hill offered to fix the bracelet for free without hesitation.
