★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in today to buy some earings for my daughters birthday next week. No one else was in the shop and there were at least two ladies, one that could visibly see me chatting away about the traffic getting to work in the morning. I was there for 5 minutes already knew exactly what I wanted and yet no one bothered to approach me so I went down the street to Michael Hill. Won’t bother with Pascoes again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not sure why there are bad reviews, all I can imagine is it was busy Christmas shopping and the staff was over stretched. I went there today and had wonderful service. The lady that served me was friendly and pleasant to deal with and gave me a good discount off the pendant I purchased. I would definitely go back happily A+ :)

I took 3 very precious watches (gifts from family members) to have the batteries changed. No one has bothered to ring me as to advise when the watches would be ready.
I have gone in person and rung to ask for updates. The staff including the Manager are very unorganized. I wouldn't recommend this establishment to any of my friends or family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the best experience previously getting our wedding rings from here, yet today when we go in, wait over 10 min to be acknowledged, no apology or anything when we were seen, and this was the assistant manager! She was rude, sarcastic, making comments about a ring twice the cost of the other ones we were looking at being a bit too much, asking why it was too much for us, just not helpful! Will never go back
