★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rung on Friday 5th July and left a message twice and also rung 5 other times but didn't leave a message but no answer. Rung again on Sat 6th july and left a message and as at 10.00am Monday still no return of call. they made acomment in the papakura daily that they are confident that we will be happy with the service and price. How can they justify this comment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently I was faced with having to get hearing aids... This was a big decision. However after talking to Columba who walked me through the whole process with complete ease. I felt so much better about it all . Columda was just wonderful, from my hearing tests, to the purchasing of the correct hearing aids for me, everything was made so easy, with every detail explained. The follow up apppointments were so helpful ,therefore I can not speak highly enough about the advice and support I was given.
My situation was not straight forward, which required a lot of follow up and endless paper work, which went on for nearly 6 months.Thankfully Jenny the receptionest was just amazing in dealing with this. With all of this taken into account I feel the support I was given, is well worth the 5 stars .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found them to be the best in Pukekohe - I actually switched from another audiology clinic because their hearing aids were so much better. The audiologists had a far superior knowledge of hearing aids and a greater understanding of the difficulties hard of hearing folk face. Reception staff were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

Choosing Wolfe Hearing was the best thing l could have done. I found everyone from reception to my audiologist, Columba to be friendly, professional and totally customer focused, if you think you need hearing aids you should give them a call.
