★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Napier store. Worst customer service ever experienced. Shopping for 2 wedding bands. When they could finally be bothered serving us, treated us like shoplifters. Thankfully Micheal Hill treated us with more respect. Should never judge a book by the cover or cap. Yr loss.

I was waiting to be served, I was being a respectful customer patiently waiting for someone to serve me. So the staff lady was rude and telling me to take my Bennie off it was the way she said it I personally felt discriminated, Totally respect it was the policy to take my Bennie off but I felt insulted by all means i felt like I was judged because they see me as a brown person so first instance that I’m going to rob the store but all I wanted to do is get My wife a gift for her birthday. I felt that the staff there are racist never again going there ever !! ?worst experience ever !! I wouldn’t recommend going there with all Their stupid policys REAL TALK. TRUTH ??
