★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dad’s sump pump failed, leading to basement flooding. The pump also needed its original electric wiring redone, so the job wasn’t going to be entirely straightforward. PASLR organised an assessment quickly and only took one day to replace the pump and all associated parts, and was able to coordinate with the people drying out the basement. I’m very happy with their work

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t believe we didn’t switch our business earlier. The new system is so much more stylish than our current provider and the service was above and beyond… they actually care. Our current provider locked us into a 2 year deal then had small print saying if we didn’t advise them after this, they roll over for another 3 years, plus they didn’t service our machine as much as they should have. Paslr discussed how often our clients use the machine, the amount of people coming through and advised us accordingly about how frequent we should service it. Be careful who you sign up with as there is so many hidden clauses but with Paslr, its simple but so much better. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a sump pump installed by the team when our previous one reached the end of its serviceable life. Really good to deal with, took real care with the area and took photos of the install as we were away at the time. I’d highly recommend PASLR when you don’t want to be mucked around.

Great service and very professionally explained what the solution would be. Felt very comfortable with the professionalism of the company. Great customer service. Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only will I never use PASLR again I will be pursuing my concerns further with legal council. The Pump & System Inspection service completed on my septic system borders on criminal. It started by them sending an incompetent technician (that himself admitted to not knowing anything about my type of system) that, among other things, proceeded to disable the alarms on my septic system just before going into a Level 4 lockdown. Mysteriously and “coincidently” I suddenly had a system that flooded, then had the pump and emergency float fail, (remember the alarms were disabled) then they said the main system board suddenly needed replacement/repairing. Ultimately, after multiple visits, delays, replacement parts, repairs to the disabled alarms etc etc. they refused to engage when I disputed the inspection invoice and just threatened me with collections even though I had paid all other part and labour bills immediately upon receipt. In the end I had to dish out close to $5000 on a system that in their own words on their initial inspection invoice at the very beginning stated “No defects found on the system”. Interesting business model. Beware!

And I should say the serviceman was very pleasant and gave good information about how the unit works. To have clear and untainted water to drink is a delight. Can’t believe why we waited so long.
