★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lady staff member was lovely, couldn't believe it was so expensive for postage tho lol it cost me $20 all up for an $8 item. Won't be doing that again. But she was very helpful, we found what we were after and she did it quickly on rhe computer ? ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go on a big weekend sale like Easter. Theres not enough car parking and they shut the store down to just counter service so there no point in going in to buy a few things unless you know exactly what it is you are after. You can buy everything on line and pick up but you will still need to park somewhere and that's an issue on sale days. The good news is if theres not a massive sale going, its probably a great place. Lots of stock and knowledgeable staff help tremendously. Great prices and you can use the website to check stock levels or od click and collect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a Huawei Mesh system based on the salespersons recommendation of how easy it was to set up via a phone app which is also what the instructions say. 5 hours of trying and nothing. I take the unit back and explain the situation. The tech says "oh, we never use the app, just use your laptop". I say I just want my money back, I only got it yesterday. "We can only do that with a 20% restocking fee". I say, well, make it work then. He says "sorry, there is a 5 day wait for repairs". I am now at home, still nothing works. I will never be buying from PB Tech again and we spend quite a lot there. I just called and they still will not just replace it with another one. So disappointing in every aspect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's more like a warehouse which isn't what I expected, so if you go, make sure you know what you want by looking through the website. If you live far away from any PB tech like me, just order, don't drive in to go and look for anything.
The guy at the door that day was a bit rude, I asked some questions because I didn't expect the layout like it was, but for the most everyone else was nice. The prices is really good, I'd just order from them in the future.

Do yourself a favor though, order online and have it delivered. I click and collected with the intention of browsing for a new case, AIO cooler and fans, they would not let that happen, I struggled to buy case fans as the sales staff don't seem interested in helping. I bought the rest of my stuff online from Computer Lounge because of their terrible customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought Redmi buds 3 and used it for few days but it was paining in my ears when I wear them so I asked them to return or exchange with another product but they said that they won't accept return as it is covid time but on the bill it says that 30 days return with 20% fees. They are saying its change of mind and Customer Satisfaction. They don't care about customers as I'd my worst experience here. I'll never ever go there again and would recommend the same to everyone but not visiting them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick and fast if you know what you want. Great at fixing laptops that may have an issue and dealing with cell phones. Difficult to follow present Covid signage however but we got through and made our purchase. Helpful staff and very pleasant.
