★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor quality appliances. Broke just in one month, breaks again just after half a year, breaks once again just months before the two-year mark. No free warranty under consumer laws after-sale services whatsoever. Don't buy expensive stuff from this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff always knowledgeable, helpful and friendly,, huge variety of items for sale, kitchen appliances, TVs computers...photo prints and they can put your photos on many different things,, cups, blankets,,metal prints ,glass prints. I just bought a back massaging chair online from Harvey Norman it arrived within 2 days.. great place ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We get all our appliances here and have got good package deals over the years. They look after you like most Harvey Normal retailers do. Can't think of anywhere better to get my appliances TBF. Noel leeming is like the younger brother of HN, not quite there yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a brand new sofa on hornby branch, and on the day im gonna pick it up on they're warehouse located at waterloo road, i waited more than an hour only to find out that its out of stock. I was given an old ex-display one as an option with 150 discount but i declined it. And then a few minutes after they told me there's one brand new on the other side of the depot. Why they didn't give that to me immediately so that i didnt waste more than an hour of waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only have I been ignored for a long time by the Sales People standing around not doing anything while carrying a toddler and a large box with the appliance I was trying to purchase... Now I've been waiting for almost a month for a broken 2 week old vacuum with very slack communication. Luckily one of the girls there was very apologetic and polite but everything else and all previous experiences have been below average. Will be trying to avoid buying appliances there if I can help it as I dread going there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent experience and service. I wanted to buy Samsung S21 and Harvey Norman was selling at good deal but there was only one piece remaining at Hornby store. I was attended by Rav and he suggested to go for Samsung S21 Ultra 5G as it had a really good deal with Spark plan. Rav was knowledgeable, helpful, patient and most importantly friendly. Rav explained the offer in understandable way while showing calculations on the paper. The offer was irresistible and only couple of pieces left in North Island but my current phone had died (no display ) so needed urgently. Rav even offered a spare phone till the phone arrives but by the time I decided, it was showing out of stock in all NZ stores. Rav went above and beyond to find one piece and rang in evening after getting one. I went next day for paperwork and was surprised to receive call in evening to collect the phone. Rav even helped with the phone accessories like screen-protector, case, anti-virus with a free charger. I had noticed that Harvey Norman stores have deals 24*7 unlike other stores having deals only during Christmas time, there's always a staff to attend and help. Thanks to Rav and Sunny for great service and product delivery ?.
