★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a 1960's geek as far as computers were concerned but new and sophisticated advances in computer and phone technologies required help and that is how I met Sam Penny, the PC Geek. Fortunately he was a quick learner so my iPhone and iMac have both been "sorted out" by Sam, promptly and effectively and without exorbitant costs so he is not just a PC expert. He provides services that include live explanations as he weaves his magic with ample background knowledge and experience. Use Sam, and you will learn things other than the solution to your immediate problems. I have also heard that my recommendations of Sam to others has meant that their issues with technology have also made them regulars like me.

I have limited computer skills but Sam has never made me feel inadequate in answering my questions or sorting out my problems. He will often be able to do this remotely.

Also, after you cleaned up the fan, it is now running so quietly again. Really appreciate your friendly, efficient & professional manner & that nothing ever seems to be a bother - no computer problem is too big or too small. Also, appreciate the way you have often fixed our computer problems by talking directly to our computer on-line, without having to physically see the computer or visit us. You are great to work with.
