★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hand in my chromebook due to few keys malfunctions. I paid $90 and later they will charge me $180 to order and replace the keyboard. I told them not to order. Took my dismantled chromebook home and I try a DIY and all the keys are 100% working again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used PC Patch to recover my data which was on a faulty laptop, after being told by the devices warranty repair company, that this was not possible.
From the get go, Ian provided outstanding knowledge and service, taking the time to explain what he does and how much experience he has had with data recovery over many years. After receiving very lackluster service from the warranty repair company, it was great to receive a second opinion regarding my issue.
Overall I was left with the best outcome I could have hoped for, with PC Patch recovering all of the data from my faulty laptop and without the need to send it off for forensic recovery, which meant I did not have to pay a hefty price, in order to recover all of my important documents and precious files.
The service and knowledge from Ian was second to none and I highly recommend PC Patch if you ever need a computer/laptop repaired or your lost data recovered. 5 stars!
