Quick solution, easy to deal with and good results all round. Best thing is he was just doing is job, he is probably like this every shift and is top employee. Cheers mate

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will follow you around the store if you're Maori. Are happy to sell open box products at full price even if there's new ones available. Insist on calling customers the wrong name. Think two weeks to respond is a reasonable time frame.
Second worst company I've ever dealt with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, the staff in lower hutt attempt to intimidate you when you try to return a faulty product. Took 3 different people to actually accept that the product was faulty. Avoid this branch at all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in, struggled to get anyones attention. When I got a person to come over she was condescending and gave poor service, so despite stating I was going to make a purchase I just left. Clearly, the D crew there today. I have had good experiences previously at that store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a product during Easter sale and were told by Manpreet that we will receive our order within 10 days. After chasing it up twice in store, 15 days after purchase, we finally got a call informing us that they do NOT have this product in stock. Tried to blame it on the supplier saying that they no longer make this product. Surely you’d think a staff working at Noel Leeming will know this on the day we made the purchase NOT 15 days later and ONLY when we chased it up TWICE. This is their job to follow up on orders and how on Earth do you not know there are no stocks available when you accepted our payment? Lying and selling a product that is not in stock and lie about the delivery time is in breach of the Fair Trading Act. In fact, they still have this item on the floor for sale. Worst of all, no apologies or compensation were issued for wasting our time and money. Long time has passed since Easter, we could've purchased from another store during the sale. Again, outrageously bad customer service from Manpreet, no sincere apologies at all and totally ignored us after letting another staff to deal with our refund. Very unprofessional. Think twice before you make a purchase at Noel Leeming.
