Ordered a pc off them and it came damaged so I sent it back and they replaced it, for the first week or so it was good but then it randomly just stopped working. Have reached out for help over a week ago now and no one has responded to me. They refused a refund also after having many problems with the pc! I will never buy off here again nor will I recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend purchased a refurbished computer, 2 monitors and a mouse and keyboard of PC Traders. He purchased it for me to help with my computer studies. I was astounded when it arrived, it was a very old Dell that was in such bad condition the 'black part'of the outer casing had damage to it to the extent you could see the 'silver part' underneath the black casing. The monitors were so old, and when I did a check on them they dated as far back as 2003 and the picture quality was sub-standard. When they sold it too my friend they guaranteed him it would be suitable for what I needed. Year right. I do not recommend anyone buying refurbished computers off these people, and when I posted a bad review, it was never posted in their review section. Very dishonest. I am surprised from all the bad reviews, why the Commerse Commision hasn't investigated this dishonest company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just bought a preowned PC with 2 monitors, a mouse and keyboard. I was a bit worried because there was a few minor scratches. After putting it together within 15 minutes just to check if it works. It all works perfectly! Very happy with my purchase for just 870 dollars which is an absolute bargain for the quality of the overall products ?, definitely will purchase something again another time.

We were nervous due to a couple of one star ratings on here, but I can tell you now, those ratings are either falso or over exaggerated! Our PC is clean, was well wrapped and was delivered the morning after processing, all during lvl 4 lockdown. We are beyond impressed! Thanks team for being so wonderful, efficient and speedy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This people ripping off customers providing faulty and damaged items. I agree that this guys selling second hand laptops but it shouldn’t be damaged and faulty. My sister bought laptop through their website which she didn’t know that this is second hand computer shop/ company. As soon as the courier package arrived and corner of the laptop screen damaged, she didn’t even turned on the laptop/ use it. After arguments and photos sent them they sent replacements for the laptop and now this time charger wasn’t working. We have given them opportunity first time for replacement but even replacement also faulty and the manager Sandeep said it’s been checked prior to sent , he doesn’t have any sense of customer service reply rudely to my sister on call and through email. Looks like this people are scamming to customers and ripping off customers. We sent them all photos and videos of the faulty laptop which is not even a week passed and had no reply yet. We will going to take legal action against through consumer court. Rubbish products and rubbish customers service from manager. Not recommend to anyone at all to buy from them be care full guys don’t look their shiny website it’s only looks good on their website but actually you will get rubbish from them.
